Access is the sale
A tracking walk from the unit's door to the snow — or to the shuttle stop — is the clip buyers share. Shoot it in ski boots, in season, and put the distance in the caption.
The deck and the view
A balcony pull-back from the mountain into the living room; a tilt up in a unit with a vaulted ceiling. Corner dollies for the rooms, per the condo guide.
The building and the numbers
One clip of the hot tub, the ski lockers and the lobby with the HOA's permission. HOA dues, what they cover, and the rental policy go in the caption; resort buyers ask before the kitchen.
Questions
Snow or summer footage?
Snow for the access clip; summer as a second set if the building sells year-round. Never mix them in one clip.
Should the caption say ski-in/ski-out?
Only if it is true from the door. 'Two-minute walk to the lift' is more credible than a claim buyers will test.
