For real estate agents

A real estate video maker that fits inside the listing you already run.

Coming soon, just listed, open house, price change, just sold: five posts from one set of photos. Villenza turns three to five photos of each room into a 5-second 720p HD clip with a real camera move, and cuts the clips into reels for every place you post — in the time it takes to write the description.

One listing, five posts

A video at every stage, from the same photos.

Shoot the rooms once. Every post below is a different cut and title of the same clips.

  1. 01

    Coming soon

    The week before it lists

Two or three rooms, no address, a date. Generate the clips the day you shoot the photos and post the teaser while the description is still being written.

  2. 02

    Just listed

    Listing day

The 20-second highlight reel, vertical for Instagram, TikTok and Shorts and wide for the listing page and the MLS. Both cuts come from the same clips.

  3. 03

    Open house

    Two days before

The same reel with the day and time as the title card. A new post from clips you already have, in the time it takes to type the title.

  4. 04

Price change or back on market

    Whenever it happens

One clip of the feature that sells the house, with the new number. A reason to put the listing in front of buyers a second time without repeating yourself.

  5. 05

    Just sold

    Closing

The exterior clip with the result. This one markets you: it is the post a seller remembers when they pick an agent.

What you get

Built for the listing agent's week, not the videographer's.

  • Works from the photos you already have

Three to five photos of a room, taken as you walked through it, are enough. No shoot day, no videographer, no gimbal.

    More on this
  • 38 camera moves

A slow push into the living room, a pan across the kitchen, a tilt up a feature ceiling, a drone orbit from aerial photos. Each has a guide with the exact photos to take.

    More on this
  • Reels in every shape

Vertical for Reels, TikTok and Shorts; square for the feed; wide for the listing page, the MLS and YouTube. Reels and edits are unlimited on every plan.

  • Your brand on every render

Logo, colours and music set once in the brand kit and applied to every reel, so nothing goes out unbranded.

  • The AI Listing Planner

Point it at a folder of photos. It groups them by room, picks the move each room can carry, and says what to re-shoot before a generation is spent. On Top Producer and Brokerage it runs the plan through to finished clips.

  • Seats for the team

Brokerage includes 2 seats and Top Producer adds them for $10 a month, so an assistant or a marketing coordinator can run the listings.

The part that matters

A video of the property you are selling — not one like it.

  • It moves the camera. It doesn't redecorate.

The clip is built from your photographs. No furniture is added, no wall is moved, no window gets a better view. What the buyer sees is what you shot.

  • The move stops where your last photo stops

Every clip opens on the framing of your first photo and lands on your last. It will not round a corner to show a room you never photographed.

  • Yours, commercially, on every plan

Download the original file whenever you like and use it in any listing or ad. Cancel and everything you already made stays in your account.

Questions

What agents ask before they start.

How much time does a listing video take with Villenza?

About ten minutes of extra photos on the visit you already make, then a few minutes per clip to render in the background. Each clip is 5 seconds at 720p HD; a whole listing queued together finishes while you write the description.

Can I use my photographer's photos?

Yes, if they were taken in sequence — three to five of one room, a step apart. Most professional sets have the doorway shot and the feature shot and need one photo between them, which is a return visit rather than a shoot.

Will the video show anything that is not in the house?

No. Every clip opens on your first photo and lands on your last; nothing is added, moved or redecorated in between, and the move stops where the last photo stops. Check the first and last frame of every clip before you post it, as you would any listing material.

What does it cost per listing?

Agent is $49 a month for one listing, Top Producer is $99 for three and Brokerage is $199 for seven. A listing includes 8 video generations plus 2 free re-generations; reels, edits and downloads are unlimited. Unused listings roll over for three months.

Can I put the video on the MLS and the listing page?

Yes. You download the original file and use it commercially in any listing or ad, on every plan. Cancel and everything you already made stays in your account.

Plans and what each includes are on the pricing page. For the marketing side, read the real estate video marketing guide.
