Usually the same day
Always within two business days. If a render failed, say which listing and roughly when — that is normally enough to find it in the logs.
Billing and cancellation
Plans can be changed or cancelled yourself from the billing page at any time. Payments are not refundable, but if something failed on our side we fix it with credit or a re-render.
