Why this order
Exterior to interior to outdoor to exterior again is how a buyer experiences the house, and a video that follows it feels like a visit rather than a slideshow. The kitchen comes early because it is the room that decides.
The ten, with the move for each
- 1The exterior from the street — front-door approach or façade glide.
- 2The entry — interior reveal into the main space.
- 3The kitchen — dolly to the island, or overhead rise.
- 4The living room — truck & pan around the fireplace, or a dolly from the corner.
- 5The primary suite — a slow dolly to the window; a tilt down in the bath.
- 6The outdoor room — backyard reveal through the doors; pool glide if there is a pool.
- 7The garage and parking — a truck along the bays.
- 8The basement or bonus room — slide down the stairs.
- 9The view, if there is one — view push or balcony pull-back.
- 10The exterior again, or the setting from the air — crane or drone reveal.
