Wind and fast weather in spring; shoot exteriors early on still days and keep aerials for clear skies. Summer heat hazes by late morning. Winter is bright and clear often enough to make an exterior; expose for the snow when there is snow.
What sells here, and what buyers want to see
Elkhorn, Gretna, Papillion and west Omaha sell newer construction, basements and garages; Dundee and the older neighbourhoods sell character and lots. Lincoln sells on neighbourhoods and value. Acreages sell on the shop, the outbuildings, the well and septic, and the drive from the city.

Rules worth checking

How do I show an acreage's well and septic?
Photograph the well house and the septic access and state the inspection dates in the caption. Buyers from town ask about both before the kitchen.
Is a drone clip worth it for a suburban lot?
For a lot backing to a lake, a park or open ground, yes; for a standard lot, an approach from the street shows it.
