The arrival
A front-door approach from the parking or the street into the lobby, and a short clip of the elevator lobby on the suite's floor. Tenants judge a building by its lobby.
The suite
A tracking walk along the window line for an open plan; an interior reveal down the corridor for private offices; a view push to the best window. Lights on, blinds open, furniture either fully in or fully out.
The amenities
One clip each of the conference centre, the fitness room and the terrace, with the building's permission. Hybrid-era tenants weigh these heavily.
Questions
Furnished or empty for the video?
Either, consistently. Half-removed furniture reads as a move-out; a clean shell or a fully furnished suite both read fine.
Does the view matter for office?
It is a recruiting feature for the tenant. A view push to the best window is the clip that gets forwarded.
