Rules worth checking
Virginia's buyer-beware disclosure and Maryland's disclosure-or-disclaimer choice apply on their respective sides; the video should show condition plainly on both. The whole region sits inside national capital flight restrictions — drone video is effectively unavailable inside the Beltway and heavily restricted outside it; plan on ground-level moves.
