The listing calendar is the schedule
One listing produces five posts across its life; two listings a month is ten posts. The marketing guide covers making that routine: shoot once, cut per stage.
Consistency over volume
Three posts a week for a year builds an account; thirty posts in a week and nothing for a month does not. Batch the cuts on one afternoon and schedule them.
Months with nothing to list
A just-sold reel, a 'this month in listings' cut, a neighbourhood or a market clip, a camera-move explainer for other agents. Keep the rhythm; the content is less important than the presence.
Questions
Is daily too much?
For most agents it is unsustainable, and sustainability is the point. Three a week you can keep beats seven you cannot.
Should every post be a listing?
Most, on a listing agent's account. One in four can be the neighbourhood, the market or the process.
